Meet Harry, our HR Officer at Ixora Care. Business Development Officer
As the Business Development Officer at Ixora Care, Gaurang is dedicated to creating a more inclusive and empathetic world. His personal journey has been shaped by experiences with relatives living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), underscoring the importance of understanding and support in our communities.
Gaurang’s commitment to enhancing the lives of NDIS participants is deeply rooted in empathy and empowerment. Outside of work, he is passionate about boxing and muay Thai, which instil resilience and focus. Additionally, he finds joy and balance in hiking, embracing the peace and beauty of nature.
These personal passions enrich Gaurang’s life and keep him centred, enhancing his ability to contribute meaningfully to the mission of Ixora Care. Through work and advocacy, he is dedicated to leading a community where everyone is recognised and supported regardless of their abilities.
Nikhil
Mental Health Worker/Registered Nurse
Nikhil has joined Ixora Care as a mental health worker and registered nurse. His dedication to providing compassionate care and his extensive experience make him a valuable addition to our team
Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Charles Darwin University. He currently works at Royal Darwin Hospital (RDH) as a registered nurse. Before joining RDH, Nikhil worked as a disability support worker, gaining valuable experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
